Bill is a Golden Microphone winner for broadcast excellence and a proud member of the Nevada Radio Hall of Fame.
A thirty-three year career has taken Bill from Sacramento to Las Vegas and from Fresno to Reno. Bill says, "Reno is home for my wife Diane and I because the weather, people and entertainment are the greatest. Let's not forget...I also have the greatest job in America."
Bill is an honorary member of the Blue Knights Motorcycle Organization and a member of HOG Nevada. One of his great joys is riding his 2006 Harley Davidson Street Glide and being with other riders. Bill is totally involved in community service and is responsible for the idea to build the Freedom Memorial in downtown Reno.
Bill is also a public speaker, seminar leader and has written the book "A Clash of Values", which helps people understand how the media is trying to undermine our family values. Bill and Diane have two children Danielle and Jason, son-in-law Mark and daughter-in-law Julie not to mention his granddaughter's Brynn, Halle and Madie, and grandson's Brock and Crew.
Not bad for a guy who's dad wanted him to be a brain surgeon!

A good talk show producer is worth his weight in gold, and Sean Patrick is the guy who keeps Bill Manders in line from 3-6pm weekday afternoons, as well as serving as sports guy on Reno's Morning News with Ross & Monica.
