I-580 Construction Update — NDOT still expects to work through September on the southbound I-580 reconstruction project that’s been slowing commuters all summer. A few more closures in September may affect your drive, including the northbound Glendale on-ramp, I-80 eastbound off-ramp, and the southbound Plumb Lane off-ramp. The final phase of the southbound 580 reconstruction project should been done by late September or early October.
