GOOD LIFE AT THE GREAT ITALIAN FESTIVAL!  News Talk 780 KOH‘s new show, “Weekend Magazine,” will debut at 11 am Saturday during this weekend’s 34th annual Great Italian Festival at the Eldorado Casino Resort. Listen to the “Guru of the Good Life” Dave Preston describe the boiling pasta and simmering sauce LIVE in downtown Reno, with two days of fun-filled activities for you and your familia. The festivities kick off Friday night with Vintage ElDorado, an Italian food and wine pairing event at the casino, with the proceeds going to benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Truckee Meadows. Then Virginia Street transforms into Little Italy Saturday and Sunday, bringing live music and entertainment, grape stompers, and even a farmer’s market to the streets downtown. Don’t forget to stop in for their Italian buffet that kicks off at 4pm.
