Carson City investigators have arrested two people in an early morning shooting in north Carson. It apparently stems from a drug deal gone bad. They are 18 year old Jesus Garcia-Manriquez, his 19 year old brother Allen, a 17 year old girl was arrested earlier, and then released. The victim is 18 year old Grant Watkins of Carson City.  Sheriff’s say the shooting happened near Windridge Drive and Spooner Drive. A man was shot in the stomach, and taken to the hospital, where he died around 2am.  The suspects were found around 6 hours later at an apartment near 5th and Harbin Avenue.
