Another suspect has joined two previously arrested in the killing of 18 year old Grant Watkins. Witnesses place 21 year old Reed Skenadore at the scene of the shooting, and say he fired a gun at the victim. Previously arrested were brother Allen and Jesus Garcia-Manriques. A juvenile girl was also detained but was released to her parents. Carson City investigators say the suspects robbed Watkins in a pot sale gone wrong. More arrests could be made in this case.
