Nevada isn’t one of the litigants in the multi state legal fight against the Presidents plan to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. But Attorney General Adam Laxalt is getting involved. Laxalt’s friend-of-the-court filing in the case involving the EPA’s Clean Power Plan, is characterized by Gov. Brian Sandoval’s office as “Simply offering his legal opinion.”  The Governor’s office says “The Governor did not request a filing.”
