Reno police are investigating a shooting that happened at 8th Street and South Virginia, just after 10:30 am, Tuesday. Officers located a man with a gunshot wound to the abdomen, and took a suspect into custody. Apparently the shooting followed a fight at an apartment near the University of Nevada.  The victim is in critical but stable condition.
