The doctor at the center of an alleged “Pill Mill” case, did not enter a plea in Reno federal court Monday. The case was continued on Thursday, at that point Dr. Robert Rand’s attorney John Arrascada, will try to get the doctor released on bail.  Rand will be back in court about 2:30 Thursday. That same day Richard West Jr’s lawyer will also make a request for release on bail. West and others are accused of being the “distribution” wing of the operation.
