(KOH) – A Carson City Sheriff’s Office deputy was stabbed in the forehead Friday at the Carson Nugget. The incident happened just after 6pm when the deputy and two security guards noticed a man acting strangely in the loading area. The deputy and the suspect got into a scuffle and the deputy shot the suspect.  Both suffered non-life threatening injuries. Sheriff Ken Furlong has not released the name of the deputy.  The suspect has not been identified either, but he is not a Carson City resident.
