A Douglas County woman has been arrested for elder exploitation. 62 year old Vicky Jo Adams was designated as the caregiver of her 93-year-old father John Lindblade and his estate. As a caregiver, Vicky Jo Adams was entrusted with funds for the limited purpose of providing for her father’s care. But she allegedly converted more than $250,000 of her father’s funds for her personal use. The crimes were allegedly committed between April and December 2017.
