Reno City Council Gets an Update on The Park Lane Project

The Reno City Council got an update from both Park Lane developers and Lyon Living about the status of the project at Virginia Street and Plumb Lane. Currently the project plans to have 1,800 apartment home units, a small hotel, and central park. Those housing units could begin to open for residents by the end of 2020 or early 2021. The development on the 46-acre Park Lane property, the former site of a longtime mall, will include “state-of-the-art pedestrian and transit-friendly designs.” The development is planned for a “live-work lifestyle,” blending “the convenience of a multi-use space within a community including a new hotel and The Market Hall.”
