John Eppolito, a former public school math teacher and advocate for the protection student data, announced his candidacy for the Washoe County Board of Trustees. Eppolito, a real estate broker-salesman in Nevada and a broker-associate in California, is also the Founder and spokesperson for Protect Nevada’s Children. Eppolito says “Everyone running for school board is doing it because ‘they care about kids.’ I’m the only one running for this seat who has been working for years to improve education for all Nevada students, and to protect student data. Eppolito adds “By being a voice for the parents and children on the Board, I believe I can have a greater impact in the diligence applied to all aspects of our children’s rights and welfare while at their schools.”
