Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak will hold a press conference to announce plans and a date for Phase 1 reopening in Nevada, which is now slated to occur before the May 15 date previously set forth last week.  The press conference will be held at 3 p.m., Thursday, May 7 at the Nevada State Legislature in Carson City, and will be streamed online on the leg.state.nv.us website.
