A Sparks man is accused of car theft, and improperly touching a minor. 27 year old Jaime Lopez Zecena is accused of getting into a car at a local Denny’s while a girl slept inside and driving away with her January 17th. The girl was asleep while her friend was inside picking up food. She says she awoke to the stranger touching her, she screamed and he ran. Charges include kidnapping, lewdness and grand larceny.
