Vaccine appointments have now given way to walk up clinics, with no appointments needed at many clinics across the state of Nevada. Sparks Fire Department will be hosting several. There’s one Thursday at the Lazy 5 Regional Park, 7100 Pyramid Way from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Another will be May 23rd at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 5650 Vista Blvd. from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. And June 4th, at the Alamo Truck Stop 1950 E. Greg St. from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Alamo is offering $15 of free gaming play to anyone showing proof of vaccination. All these clinics are walk-up, one shot, Johnson and Johnson clinics and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
