Justice delayed, but not denied. A man who pleaded no contest in the 1979 Reno area murder of a California woman was sentenced to 15 years in prison Tuesday. Charles Sullivan was arrested the in the murder case of Julia Woodward. Her mother is relieved.

Woodward was found dead in Hungry Valley. She was bludgeoned to death.
