Julian Hutton-Reed, a 16-year-old suspect facing an open murder charge appeared in court for a bail hearing Tuesday. The judge ordered he be held without bail. Last week, a judge also set a no bail hold on the other suspect, 17-year-old Stefan Howard Jr. The pair are accused of being involved in a fatal shooting near the UNR campus.
