He’s going away for awhile…the brother of a man killed in a shootout with Reno Police back in January gets 12-years behind bars. This was connected to the gunfire at an apartment complex on Sky View Drive. 46-year-old Jeremiah Graham’s brother, Scott Kennedy, began firing at police who were trying to help a woman who was found beaten there. One officer was hit three times, but he was able to fire back, killing Kennedy and wounding Graham. An investigation found Graham possessed guns, but he did not fire any of them.
