Nevada State Police are investigating the death of a woman, whose body was found laying in the middle of Interstate 80 last night. According to Nevada State Police, some people reported seeing something in the middle of the road near the bridge between northbound I-580 and westbound 80. When they pulled over, they discovered it was a dead body. It was immediately reported to authorities, but witnesses say several cars ran over the body. Investigators say it’s unclear whether she was standing on 580 and fell onto the road, or if she was was standing in the middle 80 when she died. Her identity has not yet been confirmed.
