Authorities say he was the source of the drugs that caused several non-fatal overdoses by students at Incline Village High School. Now 20-year-old Ramon Navarro is under arrest, facing 22 felony counts related to the case. This goes back to May, when authorities began investigating the overdoses.
Washoe County Sheriff Darrin Balaam says the takedown happened back on July 27th with Navarro trying to sell cocaine and meth to a undercover detective in the Incline High School parking lot.
