A breakthrough! Reno City Council signing off on the Parkway Tavern project inside the long dormant Reno City Center development. It includes a 400-tap beer garden, with roughly 200-slots for the old Harrah’s Downtown. One councilmember didn’t like what she heard, and thinks there needs to be some rules here.
