The U.S. Marshals Service arrested a suspect believed to have been involved in a shooting July 3rd downtown Reno. 35-year-old Zachary Scott Daniel Miller was arrested in Independence, Kansas. He is now awaiting extradition from a Montgomery County jail. He is being held on a charge of battery with a deadly weapon causing substantial bodily harm.
