Fire season isn’t over yet. A small brushfire was quickly extinguished Sunday afternoon along I-80 near USA Parkway. Firefighters with Truckee Meadows Fire & Rescue and Storey County worked to knock out the blaze. The cause is under investigation, no injuries were reported.
