The Sparks Police Department is investigating a hit-and-run involving a pedestrian on Brierly Way near Vista Boulevard. It happened last night about 9:45 p.m. Police did not immediately release the condition of the pedestrian, but say one woman was transported to the hospital. The major accident investigation team is handling the case. There is no information at this time about a suspect or the car they were driving.
