Reno Police have arrested a suspect they say is responsible for a fatal shooting in Midtown back in August. Investigators say they arrested Philip Cortez on September 30, he’s facing multiple charges related to the shooting death of 25-year-old Brian Loza-Munoz of Sparks. Two other people were injured in that shooting on South Virginia Street.
