[KOH] A rash of pedestrian crashes took the lives of two people over the weekend.

Early Saturday morning around 12:30 a.m., two pedestrians were hit near West 2nd & Ralston. One was transported to a hospital with severe injuries, the second received minor injuries and was treated on scene. A $1,000 reward is being offered by Secret Witness.

Another pedestrian was killed on Kietzke Lane about 7:45 Saturday night north of Gentry Way. The pedestrian was transported to a hospital where they died. The pedestrian was not in a marked crosswalk. The involved vehicle fled the scene. Secret Witness is offering a $1,500 reward.

And in a third incident, a pedestrian died on East 2nd Street near Colony Road last night just before 8:30. Again, the pedestrian was not in a marked crosswalk. The pedestrian was declared dead at the scene. In this crash, it appears there were two striking vehicles, both of which fled the scene.
