A man was killed in South Lake Tahoe when a truck slipped on ice and snow and ran over him. CHP says that just after noon on Saturday, a man was driving his Ford F350. His truck was having difficulty making it up a steep hill, so he and his passengers exited the truck and pushed it. As they were pushing it, the rear tires lost traction, causing the truck to slide backwards. CHP says the passenger fell to the ground, and the truck rolled over the top of him, killing him. His name has not been released, he was only identified as a 60-year-old man from Berkeley, California.
