He was accused of victimizing more than 100 children, and now a Sparks man, who authorities called “the most prolific creator of illegal content” on the dark web has been convicted. 55-year-old James Patrick Burns was found guilty of sexually exploiting children, as well as advertising and distributing child sex abuse materials he coerced the victims into producing. Burns would threaten the minors into producing the material and then post it to dark web forums.
