New details into a standoff that shut down a South Reno shopping center. Reno Police have identified the suspect who’s accused of barricading himself inside a motor home at a Walmart parking lot off Kietzke and Fire Creek as Raymond Carra. Police were called out to the scene just before 9:30am. Carra told police he had a firearm. He was wanted for several charges including Assault with a Deadly Weapon on a Peace Officer. SWAT tried negotiating but when that wouldn’t work, they went into the RV and took him out of that vehicle. Carra is under arrest on multiple charges.
