A motorcyclist was killed last night in a crash near Caughlin Ranch. It happened around 8 p.m. on McCarran Boulevard just south of West Plumb Lane. Police say no other vehicles were involved. The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. Speed is believed to have been a factor, though it is not clear if impairment played a role.
