Two dead after a plane crash near South Lake Tahoe. The Alpine County Sheriff says the single engine plane went down near Luther Pass between El Dorado and Alpine Counties Wednesday night around 5. Rescue crews rushed to the scene and discovered the wreckage Thursday morning across Willow Creek Road. The FAA and several other agencies are still investigating.
