(Sparks, NV) — A man is behind bars on suspicion of firing a gun near minors while drunk in Sparks. Twenty-year-old Brian Soto was arrested on Saturday morning. Police say he fired the shots about two blocks west of Katherine Dunn Elementary School. No one was injured. Soto, who was arrested after running from police, faces multiple charges. They include child endangerment, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, minor in possession of alcohol, firearm possession while intoxicated, unlawfully firing a gun, carrying a concealed gun and obstructing a peace officer with the use of a gun. There was also a prior warrant out for his arrest.
