(Carson City, NV) — Nevada DMV officials are testing a new online system to serve residents in certain parts of the state. The so-called turbo titles launched at the Elko and Sahara Las Vegas offices last week. The system is designed to speed up the process of applying for new and duplicate titles for eligible residents.
