(Sparks, NV) — Former Sparks city manager Neil Krutz is suing the city and city councilmembers. Krutz was fired by the city in September of 2023. In the lawsuit, he says his firing was retaliatory and because of age discrimination. Krutz’s attorneys also claim the city breached its contract with their client. In all, the lawsuit makes eight different claims and is seeking about 160-thousand dollars in damages.
