(Crystal Bay, NV) — Two people are hospitalized after a head-on crash near Lake Tahoe. The crash happened early Sunday morning, north of Crystal Bay, in the area of State Route 28 and Gonowabie Road. The cause of the crash has not been determined. It is being investigated by the North Lake Tahoe Fire Department, Washoe County Sheriff’s Office and Nevada Highway Patrol.
