A DMV administrative judge has determined that a Nevada Man does not have to change his controversial license plates. The plate went viral on facebook, it’s G-O-B-K-2-C-A, or “go back to California.” The judge says the plates should be grandfathered in as Adam Steelmom has been using them for the last 19 years.
