The Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly crash in Lyon County. It happened last night just before 7:30 pm on USA Parkway near Silver Springs. Nevada State Police say a Mercury sedan was driving northbound in the southbound lane when it hit a Honda utility vehicle head on. The driver and passenger in the Mercury both died. The driver of the Honda was taken to the hospital, their condition has not been released.
