Secret Witness is offering a reward of $500 for any information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect involved in a suspected hit-and-run that injured a pedestrian in north Reno.

It happened Sunday evening near North McCarran Boulevard and North Virginia Street, close to the University of Nevada.

Washoe County deputies responded to reports of a pedestrian being hit by a car and found the pedestrian with serious injuries but did not locate the cars involved.
