It caused a traffic nightmare with ripple effects all over the city. A deadly crash between a vehicle and a bike closed down North Virginia Street just south of the 395 Freeway yesterday afternoon. It caused massive delays on Virginia that went all the way back to UNR, and snarled traffic on 395 from the bowl, all the way through to Golden Valley. The crash is still under investigation. It’s not clear how the wreck went down, but Reno Police is investigating.
