The Sparks Police Department is asking for the public’s help finding a teen missing since last Friday. 14-year-old Joanna Velazques left an awards ceremony she was attending at her mother’s work. She has runaway on two prior occasions, however, in those cases she has always remained in touch with family members or friends. Joanna has not been heard from since April 22nd.  If you have any information, please contact police.
