An ex-motorcycle gang leader will be tried a second time,  for killing a rival gang member during a 2011 casino shootout. 58-year-old Ernesto Gonzalez had been sentenced to up to life in prison after his conviction for the fatal shooting of Hells Angel Jeffrey Pettigrew. The Supreme Court threw out his earlier conviction in December, citing faulty jury instructions. Gonzales will be arraigned June 23rd.
