Sparks Police are looking for a man who exposed himself in public in early December. Police say about 3:30PM December 6th, a woman was in the 100 block of Los Altos Parkway and noticed a black man with his pants down, exposing himself in front of her. He then left the area. Patrol officers could not find him, and now police say surveillance photos have become available. Police describe the man as about six feet tall and thin, and wearing a gray sweatshirt and gray beanie. Sparks Police are asking the community for assistance identifying the man. Anyone with information is asked to call the Detective Division at 353-2225 or Secret Witness at 322-4900.
