Excessive speed is being blamed for a fatal rollover Saturday morning in west Reno. Third Suspect Arrested in 2022 Reno Shooting

A third suspect believed to be involved in a December 2022 shooting has been arrested on a charge of open murder. Wednesday, police arrested 21-year-old Raul Torres-Cruz of Reno. 21-year-old Marc Delgado and 19-year-old Juan Anguiano were both arrested in July and on October.
